- Research of destination: This includes research of flights, hotels, activities, shows and restaurant recommendations
- Custom Itinerary: Before you make any payments, get a detailed itinerary. This will include hotel rooms, activities, and restaurants that fit your needs.
- Packing Recommendations: I will put together a list of what I recommend your bring with you. This will help minimize the amount of forgotten items.
- Detailed Meetings: Your time is valuable. I offer meetings on zoom, to go over details. This will include every important detail of your trip. I ask we hold a minimum of three meetings per trip. This is my way of making sure your vacation is perfect.
- Personalize Payment Plan: We will discuss your budget. This will decide what options you and your family has. Then we will discuss what’s most important to you and how we plan to pay off the vacation. In our meeting we will determine a final payment date that works both for you and the suppliers
How to Book
Ready to book your next trip? Below you can find the process I take with all my clients. This gives you an inside look before you decide to book with me. The best part? My services are completely free for my clients. I get paid through the suppliers I book on your trip. This costs you nothing extra and gives you a piece of mind.
- To book with Cruising with Liana please email us at Crusingwithliana@gmail.com. In this email we ask for a couple things. Where your wanting to travel to, when your wanting to travel, what your ideal budget is, how many will be traveling with you, and where you will be traveling from.
- After you send the email I will respond by setting up a meeting at a time that works best for you. This meeting can take place over the phone or zoom for your convenience. In this meeting we will discuss the different details of your trip. This includes hotels, activities, transportation, any extras you can add on, and filling out paperwork.
- From there you I will go behind the scenes and plan the best vacation I can for you. I will look for the activities you want to do day to day. Find my personal recommended hotel. Look at the reality from getting you and your loved ones from your house to the destination. And as a travel agent I have access to discounts and inside knowledge of sales. This will help me find you the best price for your trip.
- After I get your trip planned out, we will have another meeting. I will walk you through the entire trip from when you leave your front door to when you return. This is also the time that we will look at payment options. This includes what needs to be paid and when the best time to do it will be. We will also discuss anything you might want to change on the trip. This includes taking off or adding activities, changing hotels, ect. We will also decide on a final payment day that works for you.
- After the meeting you will get emailed the final proposal. This will include all the activities, hotels, and the pricing for your trip. As I am processing payments for your trip you will be emailed a receipt for what I have charged to your account.
- The last meeting will take place a week before the trip. You will have the option of asking me any last questions you may have. We will also discuss packing and what I recommend you bring along with you. You can always opt out of this meeting but it’s recommended for a better piece of mind.
- The day before your trip I call all the suppliers. This ensures that reservations are still active and ready to go. Although it can still happen, this also makes sure hotels have your rooms ready to go when you get there.
- After you get home from your vacation I will send you one last email. The email will be a survey on how satisfactory your experience was. This feedback helps me approve not only my business but what suppliers I continue to use.
